Booking conditions
Booking. Please e-mail your bookings to BikeDenmark ApS, giving the following details:
Tour name.
Full names of all participants.
Heights in centimetres.
Type of room requested. Double-, twin-, single- or triple room.
Extra nights before or after the tour.
Age of children (if any) taking part.
Language of tour description (English or German).
Inner city supplement. The inner city supplement for the Royal Northern Sealand Tour, the Denmark-Sweden Tour and Green islands of Denmark must be booked at the same time as the tour. Or the booking will be regarded as a cancellation and a new booking. The supplement covers the first and last night of the tour.
Children. The child reduction on the Royal Northern Sealand Tour and the Best of Northern Sealand Tour are valid for children between 2 and 11 years of age. The child reduction only applies if the child shares a room with two adults (i.e. two adults and one child or two adults and two children in one room). For children between two and six years we recommend a trailer (when booking, please advise on to which bike the trailer should be fitted). Price per tour EUR 100. For children between five and seven years, we offer a tag-along (one-wheeled bike attached to an adult’s bike)(max. 30 kilos). Child bikes are available for size 130 cm and upwards. Trailers and tag-alongs are not available on the tour Green islands of Denmark.
Luggage. Each participant may bring 20 kilos of luggage in one or two pieces. No item must weigh more than 15 kilos. Extra luggage may be stored at the first hotel without charge.
Confirmation. Within 24 hours you will receive confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
Prices. All listed prices are in EUR. BikeDenmark ApS reserves the right to alter the prices up to 20 days before tour start should changes occur in Danish taxes or duties.
Payment. BikeDenmark ApS will invoice you. The deposit of 10% of the tour price must be paid within two weeks of the booking. BikeDenmark ApS must be in receipt of full payment no less than 30 days prior to tour start. You must pay your own transfer costs. Please make your payments in EUR to BikeDenmark ApS drawn on our

Cancellation. More than 14 days prior to tour start: Cancellation fee: The deposit is lost. Less than 14 days prior to departure but earlier than 24 hours to tour start: Cancellation fee: 50% of the total price. Less than 24 hours before tour start or in case of no-show: BikeDenmark ApS is entitled to the full price of the tour.
Alteration. Any alteration of an already booked tour will be regarded as a cancellation and a new booking.
Responsibility. BikeDenmark ApS will not pay any expenses incurred by the customer due to the lack of physical fitness or any other personal reason. There is no refund for any unused portion of the tour should the customer decide to stop before the tour has been completed.
Compensation. If the customer finds reason for complaints during the tour, such complaints must be made to BikeDenmark ApS, who shall make efforts to find an appropriate solution. If the customer wishes to claim damages because of a deficiency in the tour or advance complaints after the tour, such claims or complaints must be communicated to BikeDenmark ApS within a reasonable period of time. The sale of a BikeDenmark ApS tour may provide for limitation of compensation in accordance with rules laid down in international conventions. All matters and differences between the customer or agent and BikeDenmark ApS shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the court, Sø- og Handelsretten, in Denmark.
